Are your forms turning away customers?

The point of decision for a customer is an important but often neglected part of the customer journey. In this session, we explore how to use high-impact forms to register volunteers, recruit event attendees, and process donations. This session will be two parts:

Part 1: Case Study | Melanie will share about a time her team changed a donation form... and donor conversion decreased 18%. After digging into the problem, learning about optimized donation forms, and implementing key changes donor conversion was back up 59% the following year.

Part 2: Tangible Strategies
  1. review the common things causing customers to abandon forms (friction)
  2. tips to optimize forms to help a customer along their journey
  3. examples of donation forms and volunteer recruitment forms
  4. strategies you can implement as you head into year end giving

This session is for fundraisers, volunteer coordinators, marketers, event managers, social media managers, CRM administrators, executive staff, and anyone else who uses forms to interact with customers.

Melanie Campbell is both the presenter and in-person session moderator.
